I bought this as a Christmas gift for my neighbor. Always complaining about his ears being cold. He absolutely loves this hat. He said, it's the nicest and warmest hat he's ever had, and he looks good with it on.

This hat is just what I was looking for! A traditional beanie hat rides up over my ears and does not keep them warm. This hat warmly hugs my head and my ears, but not too tightly. I took it camping and it got smokey-smelling, so I washed it with a load of clothes on gentle cycle in cold water, then hung it up with some clips to dry for a day. That worked well. Kept its shape but lost the campfire smell. This hat is a wool blend, but it it not itchy or scratchy.

My Ma wanted a black hat for Christmas so I just chose one. I was surprised at how thick it was and the quality is A1. I like that it covers the ears. She loved it and already has me ordering her more colors.

Love it! Very warm and helps with the heavy wind days. Stays in place! Ordered a 2nd and probably will get another.
