I got this soccer ball for my toddler and it’s been a great purchase. The quality of the soccer ball is good. You can tell it’s a little bit cheaply made. I don’t know about scuff resistance I mean basically it’s an outside ball but the color is vibrant and it’s soft and has a lot of playability. I mean it’s a soccer ball. It did come with a pump and the pump seemed to work fine it’s just your basic ball pump. It does come not aired up though so you just unwrap it put the pump in it and pump it up and then you have the pump for pumping it up I guess if it tries to go flat again. Good gift for a nine-year-old boy.
