Bought these to ease breathing while sleeping. They work! Next day delivery, good price compared to other brands and they do the job. Some people said the adhesion wasn't great but I have only had one come adrift in about five weeks of wearing them. Feel a bit odd for the first couple of days but pretty comfortable and soon forget you have it on. These have had a positive impact on my sleep, so would recommend.

Decent price for an average product. Clearly not up with the usual high street brands for quality, but they do work. Not quite as 'springy' as the best, so not quite as effective at opening the nostrils; they stick well enough (like all of these, you must wash and dry your nose before applying, to ensure good adhesion); I find that they peel off more easily in the morning, especially with a bit of water, so less chance of taking off some skin. My main criticism would be that they are fiddly to open - the better brands have two-part backing which makes it easier to peel off and apply. These claim to have a cut in the middle of the backing, but on mine this was cosmetic and simply impossible to split. This means you have to pick at one edge till you manage to separate the nasal strip from its backing, so patience and a reasonable finger nail are required. If you can put up with that, then these offer better value than some of the strips costing twice as much.

I struggle to breath through my nose so I snore this helps my nose isn’t as blocked in the morning.

I am very pleased with these, they have greatly reduced my snoring - or so my husband says!! They stay on all night and work instantly by opening up the breathing passages in my nose. Would definitely recommend
