Would i be able to check a gas boiler flame rectification circuit with this ?

If you Know how to take the measurement using a Digital multimeter then yes it can take measurements' across rectifier diodes if you are not up to speed with the measurement procedure I would not advise going down the route of doing your own measurement's (Its on your gas system don't play with what you have not knowledge of ) Use a professional and take their advice.
