Hasbro Marvel Ultimate Spiderman Titan Hero Tech 12 Inch Talking Figure,Red

My son is Spiderman mad at the moment and loves anything Spiderman orientated and so we originally bought him the non talking version of this figure but this had a couple of manufacturing defects and then I spotted this Titan Hero Tech version and I'm so glad that the other one prompted us to purchase this one instead as my son absolutely adores it and making the figure speak as he bounces around the house! I have attached a short video to this review showing Spiderman moving and his speech/sound effects and there is also a photo slideshow at the end of the video part which starts just after the 2.5minute point should anyone wish to just look at the photo's rather than view the video. The actual figure stands at approx 29.5cm/11.5inches tall. The figure has full movement with his arms, wrists and his head moving all the way around and slightly up and down. His legs don't move fully into a splits position but he can be put into a sitting pose. The figure is very sturdy and should take some heavy and boisterous handling by any Spiderman fan and already has by our son and his little sister. The button to activate the sound and speech effects is in the middle of his chest behind his spider symbol on his outfit and the battery compartment is on his back (photos behind the short video attached show these) which you will need a Philips/Crosshead screwdriver to open. He takes two AAA batteries although we still haven't had to swap the batteries that he came with. He actually says 10 phrases and I assume the other 10 to make the claimed 20 are his web slinging noises but I just can't discern between them all to be entirely honest although a web slinging noise follows each phrase when you press his sound button and so it would make sense for these to total 10 and make up the 20 phrases and sound effects claim. The 10 phrases he says are as follows:- Go Web Warriors! I'm Spiderman, just in case you couldn't tell. Professional webslinger comin through! Can't take a little friendly webbin Electro? Ha I'm shocked! Ooh yeah, I'm Spiderman. Lookin for bad guys, you seen any? Like the suit? It comes with the job. See that spider that bit me? Don't need spidey sense to know your'e bad news. My Spidey Sense is tingling. This is a great little toy and my son absolutely loves it so a definite 5 stars from us. It would have been nice if he could have interacted with the other Titan Hero Tech figures but I understand why he wouldn't as he wasn't part of the Avengers film but maybe something for Hasbro to consider in future.

Great action figure for our 5 year old boy. He loves the character so was easy for him to get involved with this. The figure stands up easily and the range of sounds/speech available is good (even my 3 year old is repeating the catchphrases). Good quality build, and has survived quite a few heavy drops/throws.

I bought this for my grandson, unfortunately when it arrived the presentation box was slightly showing signs of wear and the figure had to black marks on the red chest area, which I had to use surgical alcohol to remove. Not very good at all you would have thought the supplier would have some sort of quality inspection process in place to guaranty that this sort of thing would be detected before sending orders out to it’s customers. Not impressed at all

El muñeco está muy bien y aparentemente es resistance. Mi única pega es que las frases las dice en inglés.

Il giocattolo è ben fatto. Peccato che non ci sia scritto da nessuna parte che le frasi che pronuncia spiderman sono in inglese. Per mio figlio di 3 anni è, ovviamente, incomprensibile.
