I have bought Magicool Plus before and knew that it was more effective than most other products. I have the type of skin that reacts badly to sunlight and, although I try to avoid the sun, usually in the autumn the skin on my upper arms becomes very itchy. Magicool has helped to lessen the problem, although I have to be careful to use it sparingly and I have been alternating use of Magicool Plus with a cooling gel. I am glad to say that the condition is now subsiding. I was grateful to be able to purchase it from Amazon at a reasonable price.Thank you for your help.

Suffer from prickly heat when away so always take this as found it works really well. Cools the rash down straight away and stops it itching tried lots of products but none gives such good relief as this.

I just wished I'd read the reviews before I ordered this!! I couldn’t find Magicool available anywhere until last week. I’m going away on Tuesday 11th so Thursday I bought it and asked if they could send it quickly. They did this and it actually arrived yesterday, 24 hours!!!. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you so much MD Pharmaceuticals, you are the best. No prickly heat for me. If anyone is interested I use several things that stop prickly heat. I start using anti histamine a week before, I only use dettol soap when bathing and Piz Buin sensitive skin sun cream, factor, 15/30 or 50. And of course after showering spray Magicool all over and same again at bed time. I don’t use it while in the sun only after. Hope that helps you prickly heat guys
