Great neutral cushioned running shoe
Wow I really like the Saucony Endorphin Shift 3. I wore Saucony Triumph a couple years back, and I thought they were fantastic shoes for a neutral runner, however I switched to NB 1080s the last couple of years when Saucony changed the toe box design and the shoe became too tight. My current running shoe, the NB 1080 v12 started to give me shin pain, so I decided to try the Endorphin Shifts 3 and I am so glad I did.I could feel the cushioning when I tried them on and went for a run. Running in these shoes was great for me, I no longer experience shin pain. The only nitpick is the Endorphin 3 do feel like a large shoe, but I think that is the tradeoff when you run in a highly cushioned shoe. I also bought a pair of Triumph 20's at the same time, the 20's no longer have the toe box issues I experienced a couple of years back. They are both excellent cushioned shoes, the main different is the Endorphin 3 seem a little more plush and cushioned. For folks who run in NB and are considering the Saucony's, I also found the size really similar to the NB 1080s and the toe box was not tight like the earlier version of the Saucony Triumphs from a couple of year back.Overall, if you are a neutral runner looking for some cushioning, I highly recommend the Endorphin Shift 3.

A great alternative to Hoka
I'm an RN and wear these shoes at work, but also to the gym. They fit very well and provide great cushioning for my feet. I've tried Hokas but like these better. I did a 15k in them, and while my feet were in good shape afterward, I felt that during the run, because of the pronounced cushioning, I had to work a bit harder to push off with each step. That being said, as a shoe for short trips to the gym treadmill, and for being on my feet for 12 hours at the hospital, these shoes absolutely cannot be beat. If you're looking for an alternative to the overrated Hoka line of shoes, try these. Really quite terrific.

Nice shoe with a couple caveats
Its a good shoe, light and strong. It's a little tight in the toe-box but mine aren't fully broken in yet, and I've had tighter with Nike shoes. The forward roll is pronounced, but I haven't felt unstable on them. Might make things a little odd as a general shoe after they've been retired.I've read reviews that this shoe picks up rocks, and man, that's the truth. Not little bits of gravel, but marble-sized rocks in that big groove on the bottom of the shoe near the heel. They get deep, so they haven't been a problem during a run, I don't notice until I'm walking after and hear a clop-clop. They're easy to get out. I'm a street runner, so it's been okay so far, but trail runners might have to think about this.

Not Holding Up as Well as Prior Year Model
I bought this in mid-August 2024 and run about 15 miles a week on average. At first it felt just ok in terms of its shock absorbent ability from running on the pavement, but in the past month or two clearly that has degraded as has the sole, which has worn through at the outer back edge of both shoes. Just not holding up as well as a prior version of this model after 6 months and about 360 miles on it. Unlikely to buy this model again, though would give Saucony another shot. Back to Brooks for a bit.

I have 5 pair!
Bought these for my overpronation. They are very stable, springy, and good looking. Lots of long days on my feet in these. Oh, I'm 280 lbs with flat feet.
