Previously returned item shipped- defective
I must have received an item that had previously been returned as when my child opened this Christmas morning, the Lilo/Stich character had sharpie circling a defective raised portion and arrows pointing to it.Imagine the embarrassment and confusion as I had to explain the gift was from mommy and daddy and not Santa.She loves the Ariel and beauty and beast rose so she did not want to wait for a replacement.Do not send defective product to another customer. This is not acceptable.

Nice Pictures
Overall nice diamond art. Just wish it had come in original box. Came in an amazon box with the canvas lying flat in the box and the packages of diamonds thrown on top of the canvas' taped shut and sent by USPS. It's a Christmas gift and looks cheap. I did notify seller through amazon and never heard from them. Nice canvas', diamonds are pretty just cheap packaging (no package). I wouldn't buy again from this seller. Sorry.

Mostly okay…
The Stitch painting has two colors associated with the letter “P”. You can even see it in the photo on this listing. It’s easy to work around but does require a little extra thought. I’ve done all of the rest and they turned out ok.

2 same letter for colors
I wasn't as happy with it because they had 2 Ps for the colors which is easy to confuse on the Stitch one.
