Ladies, StriDex still works as a wonderful skin exfoliator and acne fighter AND IT'S INEXPENSIVE AND EASY TO USE! And since I use it daily as an exfoliator on my face, acne will never darken my door again either. I've kept the lines and wrinkles on my face and neck at bay, and my skin looks younger than it did a decade ago. Don't go spending your money on expensive BHA (beta-hydroxy acid) exfoliant serums. The active ingredient in StriDex is a BHA called Salicylic Acid. Because it has the ability to penetrate into the pore lining and exfoliate inside the pore as well as on the surface of skin, it is especially effective for reducing acne breakouts, including blackheads and whiteheads. StriDex also has soothing properties to calm aggravated skin, can help minimize the appearance of an uneven skin tone and wrinkles, and has hydrating abilities that can result in smoother skin. I can use this on my face, neck, hands & arms, legs & feet in winter to keep them smooth. Don't spend good money on the fancy names out there. Order StriDex in this three pack and try it yourself. A single little pads will do your face and neck. I use it in the mornings after I wash and prior to my moisturizer and make-up application. Then once more in the evening after I wash off my make-up and prior to moisturizing for bedtime. It lightens my sun damage (I'm very fair and freckled, so I burn easily) but doesn't cause any skin irritation. My honey says my skin is very smooth and kissable - he has recently begun to use this too (he wants to look youthful and wrinkle-free too). After using for a week I'm amazed by how good my skin looks! I came off birth control (mini pill) and my face was freaking out, I had bad breakouts all over my face and it was oily. These pads cleared it up pretty much completely and my skin is so soft and healthy looking! I also use it on the back of my legs for keratosis and my bikini line for razor bumps and it's been helping both! I use it twice a day (my skin is tough), there's no burning at all even when I get out of the hot shower, it does make your skin feel a bit dry which makes my face itch a bit but that's nothing a lightweight moisturizer can't fix. Overall I'm extremely pleased and surprised how well this stuff works and plan to never run out of it!

I have returned to Stridex pads after using them in high school, and now I think I can better appreciate what they do for my skin. These were also part of my skincare revitalization, and using a BHA pad in the morning made a huge difference for my random breakouts and overall skin appearance. I wish they were less menthol-y, which seems to give an unnecessary tingle without really adding a whole lot to the regimen, but it doesn't pain me at all and also doesn't mess with my skin, so it's not so bad. The 3-pack is a good value for me and keeps me well stocked so I can use these as part of my daily routine, or as additional spot treatment when the occasion calls for it. I think these will remain a staple in my routine for a while yet!

My grandson was embarrassed by his acne, but he refused to see a dermatologist. So after doing some research I concluded that Salicylic Acid would probably help him a lot. Stridex was recommended by an acquaintance, so I immediately went to Amazon to find it. I was really happy to discover this 3-pack for such a low price, and I immediately bought it. That was back in November. This stuff has been working so well for him that he rather shyly asked me if I could buy him another 3-pack since he was about out. I will tell you that his complexion is about 99% acne-free, and it’s really boosted his confidence. The 3-pack is nice because he can keep one of them at my house for when he stays over. He just washes his face each night with a mild cleanser, pats dry, and then gently wipes one of these pads over his face. He never runs out of solution before running out of pads. I also bought him a good moisturizer in case his skin became too dry, but I don’t think he uses it very often. This is really a godsend for anyone who suffers from acne, but especially for teenagers. My grandson recently had his first one-on-one date, but I don’t think he’d have had the confidence to ask a girl out if he was still so self-conscious about his face.

As expected

These are a must-have skincare item for me! I was worried they would dry my already-dry skin out too much, but even with daily use I haven't had a problem from them. I rarely get a break out on my face of any kind now, and if I do (usually from me slacking in my skincare routine!), these clear it up quickly. But they can be used for more purposes than just facial acne. These pads have been the only consistent solution I've found to keep the keratosis pilaris (small, red patches most commonly on the backs of arms and thighs) bumps under control and smooth. They also work great on my chest, as I occasionally break out there from working out and sweating. The best part is, I only need to use one wipe to hit all three areas! I start with my face, then my arms, and finish with my chest. Then let it sit for about 2 minutes to let the acid work. These last forever and are so effective. I've used these for years and these are my holy grail skincare item!
