The item was advertised as CE certified, new and should come with a gift. When I finally received it, I was very disappointed to see a second hand dirty device with no gift or any official labelling to reassure users of its safety at all. It was basically a piece of old junk. I had never try it as I don't know how safe it is to use and whether it can be used in the UK. Doesn't come with any free postage return label and any return need to be sent back to China. I don't recommend this product. It might be cheaper than other Wood's Lamp available elsewhere but you just won't use any device on anybody when you can't be sure if it is safe!
