Outstanding Product & Even Better Customer Support
I purchased the Bob and Brad D6 Pro Massage Gun about a year and a half ago and used it regularly for muscle recovery after workouts and long days that caused back issues. From the beginning, the device impressed me with its power, effectiveness on deep tissue, and surprisingly quiet operation. It easily outperformed other massage guns I’ve tried, especially for larger muscle groups like legs, glutes, and back. After about 16 months of use, the device unexpectedly stopped working. I contacted Bob and Brad’s customer support not knowing what to expect since I was past the initial purchase window — and I was genuinely blown away by how they handled it. Their support team was: Fast to respond Friendly, understanding, and professional Focused on actually helping, not deflecting They walked me through troubleshooting, verified the issue, and then went above and beyond to make things right. There was no arguing, no hoops to jump through, and no feeling like I was being brushed off. They truly stood behind their product. This experience turned me from a satisfied customer into a loyal one. Not only is the D6 Pro a fantastic, powerful, and well-built massage gun, but Bob and Brad clearly care about their customers long after the sale. If you’re on the fence — buy with confidence. You’re getting both a great recovery tool and a company that stands behind it. Highly recommended! 💪

This is a serious massage gun for serious body maintenance.
I have been a therapeutic massage therapist for 16 years and use the gun daily on myself for self care. This massage gun is my 3rd but my 1st Bob and Brad. My 1st gun was a Theragun Pro. Almost immediately upon use the rubber shell over the gun started to peel away. Not sure why since I only used it on myself and did not need to disinfect. It lasted for about a year before the motor went out (started sounding liked metal balls were clanging around inside.) I bought another Theragun and that one lasted about 6 months before the same happened. So I did more research and found that this Bob and Brad had the highest stall force of 85 pounds and 16mm deep amplitude. The stall force is how much pressure you can exert on the gun before the motor will stop or stall. The amplitude is how deep of penetration into the muscle it can go. Needless to say, I think I found my replacement gun. The gun's shape and weight are different from the Theragun. So it took some getting used to. It is heavier than the Theragun but I figure it'll just give me a bit of an arm workout until I'm used to it. The gun comes in an attractive carrying case. The 7 gun attachments are different and much better than the Theragun, I feel. I really can get deeper into the muscles with the different heads. The 90° rotating arm helps getting different muscle angles. There are also 6 different speed levels. All of this combined, I feel really helps me to get deeper into my problem areas. And even tho it feels like a stronger gun than the Theragun, it is a quieter massage gun. So far, I've had this gun for a month and I am very happy with it. I really do use it daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I will update my review if anything happens, but I definitely recommend this as a great buy for massage therapists, athletes, weight lifters. Anyone who needs to maintain their bodies for what they do for a living.

Powerful Massage Gun with Outstanding Customer Support. Also bought the D5 model.
This massage gun feels like it came straight out of a professional clinic. It’s honestly more powerful than I’ll ever need, but that’s a huge plus, since it can handle absolutely anything. I usually stick to the lowest setting with the softest attachment, and even then, the results are incredible. It’s excellent for easing cramps, loosening tight muscles, and relieving pain during recovery. The battery life is phenomenal as it seems to last forever, easily running all day without a recharge. Built tough and solid, it feels like something you’d find in a physical therapy office and has the strength to tackle even the largest muscle groups. It’s not the lightest device, so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone very frail, but for anyone who needs serious relief, it’s perfect. There’s also a lighter version, the D5, which I bought two for my wife to use at home and in her office. For myself, I picked up two D6s, one for home and one for work. We’ve both been really impressed with Bob and Brad products; the quality is consistently excellent. On top of that, customer service has been fantastic. Ava helped me quickly resolve an issue, and her support was outstanding. Between the performance of the product and the exceptional service, I couldn’t be more impressed.

Great message gun for a great value.
I first purchased the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun in Nov. 2024. I use the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun both before going to the gym, and after finishing at the gym, five days a week, and once a day on my two recovery days I am 64 years old and require a lot more warm up and cool down than I once did and this massage gun is a great asset for both these tasks. Each of my massage gun session last about 15 minutes. The Bob and Brad D6 massage gun is an excellent massage gun. The three main things I look for in a quality massage gun are amplitude (the depth or length of the back-and-forth stroke of the percussion massage head which is measured in millimeters (mm), stall force, and how quiet it is. The amplitude is 16mm which is as large as any massage I’ve researched. The Bob and Brad’s D6 massage gun’s stall force, which is the amount of pressure you can apply before the gun stalls is 85 pounds of pressure. The large amplitude combined with high stall force make this gun great for the larger muscles of the legs and buttocks. The Bob and Brad D6 massage gun come with six different message heads I usually only use the Ball, or the pillow for the smaller muscles and sensitive areas but try them all because this will come down to personal preference, and individual needs. Finally given its size and power I’ve found the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun is surprisingly quiet. I researched a lot of massage guns before buying the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun and the only other brand that I could find even close with regards to specs was the Thurogun pro but its stall force was considerably less than the than the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun, and the Thurmond gun pro costs about 2 1/2 times more than the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun. Bob and Brad’ s D6 massage gun offers a two year warranty which is a testament to the company’s faith in this product.k I would like to mention Bob and Brad’s customer service which has been very helpful when I contacted them about both when the gun should be charged and then questions regarding the heads for this product. Based on this review you can obviously see that I have been very impressed with the Bob and Brad D6 professional massage gun and highly recommend it to anyone that is in the market for a powerful high quality message gun.

Great massager! RIP Bob
I've used everything from Theraguns to budget massagers, and nothing else comes close. Anything under $300 from Theragun is missing a ton of features compared to this. The angle of the massage head can't be adjusted nor is it compatible with hot/cold therapy. The low end Theragun comes with only 2 massage head attachments; the Bob & Brad D6 Pro Max+ is already the top model and comes with 8 attachments. This even includes the hot/cold therapy attachments from Theragun that would set you back another $200, and you don't have to stare at complicated Theragun compatibility charts to figure out if you have the right model for it. It comes with everything you need, including a carrying case, maintenance grease, and the charging brick that Theragun decided to cheap out on. You don't need to worry about anything else. There's a 2 year warranty on this vs 1 year warranty for Theraguns. Battery life is great, you can run this for up to 60 minutes without running out of battery, and they included a 12V fast charging brick so it can fast charge too. The massager is covered in a soft velvety rubber. It is easy to hold, and the perfect size for my hands. The massage heads on this need to be screwed in, so you can't use massage heads from other massagers. The manual includes pictures and shows you how to massage all the muscle groups, as well as descriptions of each massage head and when to use them. There's a second booklet that is 85 pages long that tells you how to treat common sports injuries like golf or tennis elbow. Neat! The massager has a solid weight to it, which I found to be beneficial because with lighter massagers, they tend to bounce around if you aren't holding it firmly in place. There are only 3 buttons on this thing, one to adjust the angle, a power button, and a mode button, so it's very simple to use. There's also only things shown on the display when powered on; the battery life, vibration mode, and the speed setting. Out of all the massager heads, the star of the show has to be the hot and cold head. Inside the massage head, it has its own exhaust fan (which only turns on in cold mode), a built in battery and USB-C charging port. Once you turn it on, it can go from room temperature to hot or cold (or back and forth) in just a few seconds. There are 2 hot and 2 cold settings. I was skeptical, but I could really feel the temperature difference in use. The charging port on the hot and cold head is capable of 5V charging. The D6 Pro Max+ provides relief to my sore muscles and allows me to recover quicker before my next gym day. Overall, this has been my favorite massager to use, and I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a massager!

A powerful massager for most users!
I've been using massagers to help manage widespread chronic pain for over 20 years now. Battery powered massagers have come a long way. The D6 Pro is impressively powerful with a 16mm amplitude and a whopping 85lbs of stall force, so you know it's capeable of penetrating deep into the layers of muscle tissue. It charges pretty fast, around 2 hours, courtesy of the USB C fast charging. And for the average person who's just using it as part of their exercise and recovery routine, the battery will likely last you days between charges, and it should provide ample pain relief and sooth those sore and achy muscles. It is a little hefty in the hand, but that's expected from a wireless massager this powerful. It comes in a nice travel case and I recommend using it. If you were to just toss it into your gym bag, it could get damaged from dropping your bag on the ground. The D6 Pro and other Bob & Brad massagerd periodically go on significant sales on Amazon too, which is really great. If you're working within a budget, save yourself some bucks and buy one when its on sale. (it's got a $60 off coupon as I'm posting this review) The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because I have had to use the warranty to get a replacement, twice. But it's not because of inferior manufacturing or a cheap build. I literally am NOT your average user. I've been chronically ill for many years and I am in serious pain all day and night long. I've seen other users say they only need to charge their D6 like once a week or so, and I believe it! Its got good, high capacity L-ion batteries. But me, I need to charge it once a day, sometimes twice on REALLY bad days! Im an extreme case. Managing my full-body pain is like a torture test for these massagers! My wife also suffers from chronic pain and uses the D6 as well, but not nearly as much as I am required to use it. Somedays I can't get out of bed until I go through a massage routine! And honestly I've never had another massager hold up as long as this D6! And I've owned similar, and pricier massagers that ended in serious disappointment (Im looking at you HyperVolt 2 Pro). But Bob & Brad really came through for us Not only do they make a pretty darn great massager, they honestly and truly stand by their products. Their customer service is outstanding. They really helped take care of me and even sent me a replacement slightly after the warranty expiration date. I mean these guys REALLY stand by their products. Id give them 10 stars if I could lol. So I say buy with confidence, because it's a good product and you'll be in good hands.

Love the integrated Heat and Cold therapy capabilities of this Massage Gun!
My Wife and I already have a couple of Massage Guns and we love them. What drew me to this one was the ability to apply Heat and Cold to our deep tissue massages. I honestly was skeptical was ready to return if it was too gimmicky. Long story short, I don't think it's gimmicky. My Wife and I are avid volleyball players. As we've grown older, our bodies require a lot more maintenance than it did when we were younger. Massage guns have been a huge part of that maintenance. Recently, I tweaked my hamstring during a game. It wasn't bad, but enough for me to feel it even when I was sitting. We had an Indoor League Volleyball game coming up and I wasn't feeling great about my hamstring. So I pulled up Gemini and told it I had this Bob and Brad D6 Pro massager, and asked what was the best way to use it to prep my hamstring before the game. Between Gemini and the User Manual, I was able to figure out the correct way to use the Heating head to apply heat to my hamstring during a deep tissue session. After just over 20 minutes, I got ready for my game and my hamstring felt great! I went on to play 3 full games that night and not once did I feel anything on my hamstring. It was miraculous, coming from someone who has gotten good at playing with injuries! Suffice it to say, we're keeping this unit. My conversations with Gemini instructed me to use the Cold head for any new injuries or injuries where I want to keep the swelling down. I haven't had a chance try that out yet, so the jury is out on the Cold capabilities of the gun. But I absolutely love the Heat capabilities already. Plus, there is a whole booklet on how to use the massager for various types of injuries or body maintenance. The Massage Gun itself is an incredible product and very well designed. We love the adjustable head, which allows you to reach areas that a normal massage gun just can't reach like the mid-back and shoulder blades without needing a 2nd person. We also love how quiet the motor is. We normally have to crank up the volume on the TV if we are watching something while we are using a massage gun, but this unit is surprisingly quiet. In terms of quality, the materials and design are top notch. It seems quite durable and there is good power in the motor, as quiet as it is. We love that there are so many modes so you can really fine tune your deep tissue muscle treatments. UPDATE 2/25/26: It turns out that Bob and Brad did include a booklet that gives you information on how to use the Massage Gun. So I am removing the sections in my review that pertain to that missing. Overall we still think this was a great purchase!

The best premium massage gun
This massage gun has a premium build and great features. If I could change one thing, it would be the weight; it’s definitely on the heavier side, though I suspect that’s due to a larger battery. Now for the good parts: 1. The head rotates 90 degrees, making it easy to reach difficult spots by yourself. 2. It comes with 8 different attachments that are soft to the touch, so they aren't jarring on joints or bones. 3. Excellent Battery Life: The battery is incredibly solid. I’ve only charged it once in three weeks; after at least 20 uses, it still has 50% remaining. 4. Infrared Feature: The infrared attachment heats up surprisingly fast. It works wonders on smaller muscle groups after a workout or for general pain relief.
