Early days but…
Started these last week, taking 2 in the morning first thing with water. 1 in the evening. I read a review that said to take 2 in morning before you eat anything as it helps with stomach issues so that was my plan. I have a very bubbly reactive stomach that gives me discomfort, I’ve had it all checked out but to no ends but seems to have coincided with the start of the menopause which I understand through my own research is quite common. I noticed an improvement straight away especially in the morning to mid afternoon but the effects wore off towards the evening hence the top up. I have a much more comfortable day and I can only assume it’s down to the anti inflammatory effects as everything seems much calmer and less reactive. This could be a placebo of trying something new or it could be a genuine improvement so I’m going to stay on this path for a month and see how it goes. I never catch colds but instead might get a cold sore to indicate I’ve been in contact with one. I’m hoping these may help with those and I also have the propolis cream herstat which I now use on my lips nightly. It’s very effective. My husband had covid for 8+ days, we stayed home together as I can work from home, I didn’t catch it but I did get a cold sore. This sent me on the route to find out what might help with those and read about the digestive benefits. I’ll report back in a month for those that might want an update
