Q: Does the night light have to stay on the whole time to be able to see? The only way I can see is if it is on.

Morgan - The LeapFrog LF930HD has a night vision mode that will turn on automatically once the baby unit detects low light levels even if the night light is set to off. . The said feature has a black/white mode and a color night vision mode. Please note that the video quality may vary depending on the surrounding environment and interfering factors like lighting, objects, colors and backgrounds. Q: Can the screen be turned off and still hear audio?

Hi - Yes, you can press the power button on the parent unit of the LeapFrog LF930HD to turn off the LCD screen. You will still be able to hear sounds from the Baby Unit. Thank you for your interest!

Q: Are you able to continuously monitor the video on the screen, or does an image only appear when it is activated by motion or noise?

Beth - The LeapFrog LF930HD has an Auto Wake Up feature. When Auto Wake-Up is turned on, the Parent Viewer screen stays off to save power when the Baby Unit detects no sound. Once the Baby Unit detects sounds that are louder than the chosen sound sensitivity level, the Parent Viewer screen and speaker turn on automatically. The Parent Viewer will then turn off again after no sound has been detected for a while. You have the option to turn off the said feature for the parent viewer to stay on at all times even without any activity from the baby unit. Thank you for your interest!

Overpriced rubbish DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

This camera packed up after 8 months. Contacted leapfrog and subsequently amazon on the advice of leapfrog. Basically told that the camera is out of its 90 day warranty and nothing can be done about it. Over £200 for 8 months use.Found a tapo c210 camera which is FAR superior in terms of quality with day and night vision surpassing leapfrog, all for £26. Leapfrog pray on parents who want the best to protect and monitor their children m, the stick a zero onto the price tag. Shocking customer service
