Strong, in a good way
I've been cooking for several decades, always using fresh garlic, garlic in a jar, or from a tube. I have never understood why I never got the strong garlic aroma and taste of my imagination, however much I used. Now I know!!! If you want something to be really garlicky, buy this. It is still a really good flavour - nothing fake - but it knocks your socks off, in a good way!

As Expected for the Price
So for the price I wasn't expecting super quality. It is good quality, I've gotten better garlic powder when I go organic but then I'm paying more. There are certainly worse garlic powders out there too, MUCH worse. So for the price it is what I expected, maybe even better than expected having tried some really terrible garlic powder in the past. Shipping was fast and packaging was well done. Customer service was not needed, though they made the effort to make sure I was pleased with the transaction.
