I ordered this for my mom. She set it up herself! With that being stated, it an easy set up. So far the battery life is good. It hasn't died out. Voice control is a little iffy. Connects to the TV well. However the remote control buttons are slightly harder to push. I think it just takes time to get used to ut.

Works well. Matched up to our tv quickly. Buttons responsive. Light weight. Nearly identical to name brand.

Highly disappointed. It stopped working days after the grace period to return it. None of the buttons work. I reset my tv several times and even changed the batteries, but it still doesn't work anymore.

The remote works perfectly fine , but if you’re the type of person that likes to use Alexa this isn’t the product for you. I don’t know if it a manufacture problem but my Alexa remote doesn’t work.

Received this remote and it is an upgrade to the previous one. I thought we would not be able to use the voice fixture since our TV is a bit older however it worked just fine. Definitely recommended

This remote is a whole level lower quality than the original one. Buttons are poor quality with very low actuation point (you have to push real hard for a button to work, possibly depressing neighbor buttons accidentally). The lags are so high, so I have to mentally count a few seconds before pressing the button again, or else my keypress will be swallowed.Entering Wifi password takes 3 times longer with this remote than the original one.It's 2 stars instead of 1, because it is still usable while I am waiting for the original remote to come, but it was waste of my money, because I still had to order an original remote.To leave me happy with this level of quality of a product, it should cost like $7, not $22.
