These gloves are packed with gel. Lots and lots of gel. Therefore they stay cold a l-o-o-o-n-g time. I'm very pleased.

For most of my life, I have suffered from chronic hand pain because I play a lot of computer games and dabble in professional Fortnite tournaments. The hand pain has always affected my gaming output and I needed to find a more sustainable solution than using old frozen vegetable bags. Eventually, a friend of mine turned me onto these cold therapy gloves and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. As a HUGE gamer who makes most of my living of the internet, these gloves have been integral in keeping my hands feeling great and my gaming output at a top level. Recommended for any big gamers, daily computer users, or anyone who has sore, painful hands

During chemotherapy they put your hands in ice baggies so that the toxic drug has a harder time of getting to sensitive finger tips. The ice is awkward and melty. So, these gloves are wonderful to keep your hands cold in comfort. I have a set for my feet too. But the cold wears off too soon, so I got a second pair for my hands to wear when that happens. They are also good to wear in the week or so after chemo when your palms itch and fingertips are still exposed to the chemicals.

My husband has diabetes, and has neuropathy issues in his hands and has trouble sleeping because of it. I got these in hopes it would help and they do! We tried putting them in the freezer, they were way too cold. So we keep them in the refrigerator and that's juuuuust right! :) I need to see if they have these for feet!

I am a crypto developer so I spend most of my day on the computer typing and using my hands. I would typically dunk my hands in ice water but I found these gloves as the new solution. There is zero mess, easier to use and I don't have to be sitting at a table or holding the bowl of water on my lap, I can just relax on the couch to ice my hands. Overall, my hands have improved significantly and I have to recommend and thank relief genius for a top-quality product.
