My 5 year old loves the 'I can read' Level 2 books. He can read a lot of it himself, but still needs help with the bigger words.

These 'I can read' Plants vs Zombies books are a little lacking in plot line and perhaps even grammar, but in all honestly, they're still excellent when used as a tool to get a non reader (books are boring type) child to pick up a book and read, and it's with that in mind, that I've rated this book 4 stars. It's not in a super book league by any stretch of the imagination, but it is firmly in the sparking a kid to read league'

I had this book in my classroom library and the kids read it so much it started falling apart! I was asked to please get another one so they could have me read the story. Good seller. Exactly as described. Great for kids who like non scary zombies.
