A travel cup that works for tea. Good customer service.
The ceramic internal wall means the taste of tea is not adversely affected. The cup stays warm for a good time, this is not a flask but it does hold the heat for a reasonable duration. The order arrived in good time, I didn't use the cup straight away and when I did I realised the seal had a split and the cup leaked. I contacted the seller and explained I would like a replacement seal. They replied within hours and checked some details. They then dispatched the replacement seal which arrived in about 10 days. The seal was a little tricky to replace but a little patience paid off and the cup works as good as new. The cup is stylish and robust, the customer service was excellent. I am happy with the product and the purchase.

No more metallic taste
Second purchase if thus mug after buying myself one my partner wanted one too. Great quality, no more metallic or plastic taste due to ceramic lining, easy to clean.

Very nice travel coffee mug
Very happy with it and god size but it does not keep the coffee warm for long but I do not mind .

Leaky
The media could not be loaded. Seemed ok for a month or so…Then I noticed that for some reason the seal failed whenever I put tea in it, maybe because the water was hotter than my coffee machine water? And then bits of the ceramic chipped off whilst washing (no I don’t wash up like the Hulk). Also, it doesn’t retain heat much longer than half an hour or so.Overall I rate this as a poor mug 🤦♂️

Not much heat retention
I’m a big fans of ceramic lined flasks as I hate the metallic taste of tea in standard flasks. This is a great looking flask and leaves no nasty after taste in your brew. Only issues I have is that the lid has to be screwed on with everything you’ve got or it will leak easily and don’t expect your brew to be overly hot after 30 mins in the flask. This suits me fine as i take a brew out to drink pretty much immediately but it may be an issue for some.

Well thought out device
Easy to use and clean. Fits in the cup holder of every car I've taken it in, keeps drinks hot for a good while and is so much nicer to drink from than paper or metal.

Great
Hubby loves this mug, he says it keeps hot for hours. Like the porcelain inside, as alot easier to clean.
