Google Pixel 7 Pro (sold as good condition refurb) arrived in 2 days royal mail 24hrs. Excellent condition. Not a mark on it. Works great. Battery life excellent. Had to switch language to setup but an easy change.

Have been using the phone for awhile now (pixel 7 pro) came in very good condition, battery life is good, device is fully functional and didn't encounter any issues. Love the camera too amazing quality

**Further update 01/05/25 seller had agreed to a refund as it was my statutory right. I called to chase up my refund and was told my phone was under repair and almost ready for return. I pointed out that a refund had been agreed and they proposed a partial refund against the time I had spent "using" the faulty phone, under 48 hours! Awaiting a response before I contact my credit card for a charge back - can you give zero or even negative star reviews. Anyone can supply a faulty device I guess (despite allegedly being refurbished) but not offering a full refund is piracy. *Updated* Turns out the earpiece speaker did not work only speakerphone and Bluetooth, pretty poor for an alleged "renewed" phone obviously not tested. Seller has offered a repair but waiting to have confirmation for a full refund as I don't have time to wait for a repair and need a phone ASAP. Also have wasted an expensive screen protector which was applied. Arrived late but well packaged, though just left on my doorstep, which is pretty insecure for a mobile or a day with rain showers!. Had a dent near the flash which was quite large and visible and probably outside the description of good, but otherwise the phone works well with a great condition screen. Unexpectedly came with a charging cable which would have been great except it was an apple lightning socket!

The phone is amazing and the customer service brilliant. I had a problem because I bought a bigger capacity and they sent less capacity than purchased. However, I spoke with the store and we organised the return and the new delivery for the correct product. Trustworthy store and phone. This Google pixel is the best, really professional pictures even you can delete people and items from it and you have a really amazing photos (kind of Photoshop). Big storage for hundreds of app and information such as photos, pdf, videos,... The phone is premium at cheaper cost due to the being refurbished however it doesn't vale any dents or visual defects and neither problem with the software. However, you must know that it doesn't come with the original box but they send original cable with the phone.

The phone was delivered the next day and it's like brand new not a scratch that I can see and the performance is second to none I've had some top of the range phones in the past and I must admit this is up there with the best there's a lot for your money if you sit back and wait for the next model to come out and buy the model before ie don't buy a 8 buy a 7 and vice versa you get a great deal I think I will be sticking with the pixel range for quite a while oh and the camera is fantastic 👍

The phone arrived the following day. This one was basically as good as new. No signs of any use at all. Really good phone. Really good condition.

Phone gets very hot when charged or using google maps. Camera is not great. And now, it has stopped working completely - I have only had it 1 year :( Would not recommend. Warranty not included as it's a refurb.

Telefono arrivato prima il telefono si presenta in ottimo stato a parte qualche graffio di troppo sul display ma va bene così il telefono e performante e la batteria e si ottima durata nel complesso SN contento poi hanno accettato la mia richiesta di cambio colore e stata accettata

Llevo 15 días con él. La batería se va amoldando y alargando tiempo de vida (ya lo leí en alguna reseña). Es 2 generaciones x detrás de las nuevas, pero no deja de ser un "pepino" a la 1/2 de precio. Limpio de aplicaciones basura. Solo Google, todo Google.

Bonjour Je mets 5 étoiles pour la qualité du portable au niveau appareil photo et vidéo, mais aussi et surtout pour la gestion du retour suite à un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la recharge aléatoire. J'ai obtenu un nouveau smartphone en moins de 15 jours. J'ai apprécié aussi les échange avec la SAV qui m'a permis un suivi de ce retour.

Il telefono ha un'estetica perfetta priva di ogni segno , purtroppo scalda molto anche solo tenendolo in tasca e dopo qualche minuto che è acceso, il display va su una tonalità giallo marrone molto visibile sul nero. Tutto il display risulta come sbiadito, telefono inutilizzabile. In foto a sinistra il mio vecchio Oppo X3, a destra il Pixel 7 pro per confrontare la diversità del nero a display acceso. Anche dopo aggiornamenti e alcuni reset come consigliato dall'assistenza, il difetto rimane. Peccato. Effettuerò un reso.
