Super happy
We are very happy with this purchase. About 20 hours of use in and all is well. It was easy to assemble, heats up well, is as comfortable as one would expect. I wish I’d gotten a bigger one.

Door attachement is a little tricky
There was a little damage to one side panel but was not going to ship back at this point.Otherwise I am very happy with product

great product, been using it for several months now
great product, been using it for several months now. love the smell, heats up really quickly and I do love the feature of the in ground heaters a well, all saunas I have owned in the past don't have this feature, so below the knee is usually cold, with this one you sweat all over.Well built. I definitely recommend.

Not the product shown and horrible to put together
Bought the same item from Home Depot. They do not ship the product that is shown and it is miserable to put together as the instructions do not even mention some of the big pieces that need to be put together. Instructions are incomplete and not for the item shipped. The picture shows the supposedly finished chromotherapy light!
