All the phones seem to make her hearing aids sing in her ear and she has to use speaker phone . I went onto the deaf societies web page to see what they recommended and they recommend this phone. This phone is great. She can now listen to the earpiece etc. and there is no playback to her hearing aid and she hears it crystal clear. She said 'This is the first time in years I haven't struggled to hear people on the phone' so job done and Mom is happy. It has lots of useful features, is very easy to set up and seems to have decent build quality and the price is excellent.
