However, after just 2–3 months of normal use, they have started showing significant damage. [Briefly describe the damage—e.g., sole coming off, fabric tearing, inner lining wearing out, etc.]This is disappointing given the brand’s reputation and the price point. I expected better durability. Since the shoes should still be under warranty, I am requesting a replacement under warranty coverage. I’ve reached out to customer service and am hoping for a quick resolution.
