A Christmas must have!
We both love this stuff! The taste is similar to an egg custard which my husband loves but I certainly do not however I still like this nevertheless. We used to purchase it from Tesco's but they haven't had it for years, I believe Ocado do but being able to have this sent to my local Amazon locker is a win for me. Pretty expensive for what it is but it's only once a year and it's always worth trying something new if you haven't tried it already - I will just add that the best before date is May 2022 and I purchased at the beginning of October. They always sell out towards Christmas so I made sure to get in early this year!Mrs M.

My favourite winter flavour
Every winter, I love going to Starbucks and get an Eggnog Latte while I have a break during work or hanging out with friends. But it is not quite the same in the current strange time with most of my time being at home.I then found this product but I was a bit unsure as it is quite expensive. I placed an order nonetheless and I am so glad that I gave it a try. It's full of flavour, has a thick texture, and importantly not very sweet which I love. I warm it with my Lavazza milk frother, add two shot of espresso, with a pinch of ground cinnamon, perfect!

Spoiled Sludge
I've bought Borden Egg Nog plenty of times over the years. It seems to be the only way to get it here in the UK but this year was a disgrace. Something had clearly happened to contaminate the packaging and it didn't matter how much you shook it instead of smooth Egg Nog you had to squeeze out a foul paste with the consistency of Greek Yogurt. Back to home made from now on.

brings back good Christmas memories
I liked the taste very much; it's the same as I remembered it when I was kid only the consistency was not as thick as it is now. I do find it a couple of bucks more expensive than it use to be but then again, it's imported from America and then mailed to me here in Germany. Overall, I'm happy to have one of my holiday comfort foods available after being without it for over 17 years.

Thick and viscous
Just found this too thick to drink. Diluted with milk to make palatable. Might be OK for flavouring baking.

I like this as do family at christmas. Pricey and tesco sell it, but doesn't work out cheaper even after postage.
I like this and have used it a few times, better than the syrups, however still not as good as the real deal. Wish a uk seller would stock this fresh.. can't get anywhere here and it is so popular. I can't wait till starbucks do their version at christmas but it is on sale for a limited time ( which is just as well as I would drink it all year otherwise ).. they won't sell there cartons either... losing out on massive sales by not selling it though.. comon someone stock it in the uk fresh! delivery good

Too thick to drink
Consistent too think to drink and wasn't the flavour of eggnog I have had in the past.

Ah, so that's what it tastes like.
Had heard about this stuff for years, but never tried it. Personally I loved it, but some of the family weren't so keen. The best way I can describe it, is if you like custard tarts you'll probably like this, as it's essentially a very similar taste in liquid form. I really wouldn't personally compare it too much to advocaat (certainly not Warninks anyway), even with booze added (remember always put the milky stuff in first). But you can of course cook with it and do all sorts of things. It stores well, but does need to be consumed pretty quickly once opened.
