I bought this to scan a load of slides and negatives. Set up a camera, macro lens and tripod.It worked well on the lowest setting and I scanned, named and filed 115 images over an evening.As I had the camera gear already it worked out much cheaper than buying a slide scanner and a fair bit cheaper than sending them away.

Appears to be of sufficient quality for its purpose - good light area with a matt evenly dispersed finish. Seemed a little fussy about its usb input as it didn’t seem to like my phone fast charger but was fine with a port on my multi port usb plug. It would have been nice had it had a case without having to spend extra on one, but I guess its box will suffice.

This pad seemed to be exactly what I was looking for in terms of size, features etc. and seemed to offer good value for money. However on opening the packaging I found that there were 3 scrathes on the surface one being fairly deep. These problems, obviously, dont make the pad much good for working with slides and film. One star for very promp dedelivery.

Voor het snel bekijken van negatieven is dit een leuk alternatief.Ik had ooit een grote lichtbak maar qua licht doet dit lichtboxje het prima, en makkelijk op te bergen/mee te nemen!

Tunn och smidig. Funkar bra för amatörjobb.

J'ai travaillé avec pour scanner des négatifs. J'ai couché les négatifs sur la vitre du scanner (CANON) puis j'ai placé cet appareil dessus, allumé au plus faible. La lumière est diffuse et sans variation d'intensité perceptible à la surface. Le scanner a donc numérisé les négatifs que j'ai converti avec GIMP. Extra.
