Has anyone used this in thick, curly hair? How did it work?

I have thick curly hair snd it’s great. BUT, I put my hair into a ponytail with elastic and then use it. You can’t see the elastic and it stays nice allllll day

Has anyone used this and then worked out with it in? Running, cycing, etc.? Any luck?

I used this for my daughters ballet class. It did not hold with a lot of movement and running around. I had to return because it did not stay closed. We went with the donut shape insteadm

Does it leave a nice curl in long hair if you sleep with your hair rolled up in it? I was thinking of using two to roll my hair up for sleeping.

That’s what I use them for. I have long hair and it comes out super curly. Mine isn’t sponge though and I sometimes have wet hair. It doesn’t dry overnight without the sponge. It will probably never dry with the sponge. If I just slightly dampen hair it comes out great. I need to put it in a ponytail first because it’s tricky/slippery to work with.
