Is this heavy? Like does it feel like you have a huge thing strangling you?

I found this extremely heavy. It did more damage than cure wearing it. I had it on for 10 mins and ached for 30min after I took it off.

Would this support my neck at the computer?

Without knowing your size I would say yes. It’s firm enough that I can use it at the computer and I can relax my neck, let it kinda lean back and I don’t feel like I am holding it up if that makes sense. Which is nice because it keeps me from hunching forward and then getting an achy upper back part way through the day.

What is the strap/clip for?

Once the pillow is around your neck the 2 ends of the pillow sit either side of your chin. The strap/clip can be tightened to pull the ends of the pillow closer to your neck/chin giving a more snug and secure feeling. It all depends on how much you like having something around your neck which can feel a little restrictive. I find they make the pillow feel more supportive and help to keep my chin up a bit more. Hope this helps.

Does this get hot as with most memory foam?

This has a cooling gel in it that keeps the foam from heating up. It gets about as warm as your body temperature, that’s it.
