Hi dear seller!Unfortunately the led controller stopped working after a couple of days. It's displaying "white" colour only and can not be controlled by installed APP or its buttons (not even On and Off). I did reset it to factory settings many times but that didn't change anything. I restarted and reseted the router, the phone, the controller and the result is the same: white colour when plugged in. That's it.Please, can you advice further on this matter! I need it replaced or I need it to be working.Thank you!

The lights advise to use smart life and the instructions say use Tuya smart. Neither one allows you to connect light to the cloud and therefore can not use with alexa. Nice colours but Not smart lights at all.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like the fact that this set of RGB led's is a PROPER addressable LED set - by which I mean that the strip is the good stuff that is capable of displaying multiple different colours AT THE SAME TIME. So many times you see packaging printed that show this and end up disappointed when cheaper strips can only show a single colour at once - not these - these work fantastically well and can cycle through the full rainbow. This true individually addressable tech makes them so much more immersive and impressive to me. This set comes with two reels, a double headed connector, a mains plug, and an inline controller that's super easy to use - it's hard to do wrong. The music reactive mode was the one our children enjoyed the most.Connecting via the Smart life app was super easy and that let us turn the lights off and on using our Alexa device.

The media could not be loaded.  We had a lot of fun using the noise activated features as well as others. It’s not the most attractive looking item. It would have been nice to cover some of the circuits somehow.Overall nice product. We ended up downloading the app and connecting it to our smart devices but can be used without doing this too
