Typical UGREEN high quality dongle
This dongle fits Ito an existing desk setup allowing me to use an HDMI switch to present my mobile phone to the USB C port and act as a computer. It is typical high quality I expect from UGREEN, finished in a high quality grey colour matching the ‘look and feel’ of my laptops.A great buy, well-made, easy to use, and typical UGREEN quality

Another excellent Ugreen product
The HDMI adaptor supplied with my expensive laptop failed embarrassingly, just as I was about to project 200 photographs I had curated for a 50th birthday party in front of 60 or so guests. I decided I needed something more robust for future use and with so many available I opted for Ugreen as I have been very happy with other products from this brand. The product is well made, robust and worked fine straight out of the package and fulfilled my requirements.

solid adapter
i've bought two of these. one to connect a second monitor to a mac m2 mini and another to connect an ipad to a monitor. works perfectly. i was trying to use a different adapter i already had with the iPad and it was going in a connect / disconnect loop. no such problems with this adapter. absolutely solid.

Update Using on an MEG Ace Z790
Initially i couldn't set up this motherboard just using this adapter with the USB-C/Displayport to get a signal from the Intel i7 14th gen IGPU intergrated graphics to my LG C1 TV or on an older hdmi 2.0 TV, So i brought a GPU and all was good seting up. I tested the adapter with my gigabyte laptop on a thunderbolt port and it worked first time with a old hdmi 2.0 TV Samsung. I tested it again on the new MEG Ace Z790 after installing windows 11 and intel drivers and wot not, also changing hdmi settings to gaming and then i had a signal from the intel IGPU, It also worked on a really old cello TV that i had no signal before trying to get into the bios? on my LG i can go 4k with the intel CPU video signal off the motherboards usb-c/display port. I needed this adapter to test the usb-c display port and intel graphics were working and i got there in the end with help from this Ugreen adpater and only hdmi TV's. All is great and working fine, Very good product and i will buy again most definately

MacBook Pro to Dell Flicker Issues
I was using these between a MacBook M3 Pro to Dell 2721QSA 4K displays. One didn't work at all and the other would flicker black to displaying the desktop but keep having the odd flicker. They just didn't seem to work well between these devices, despite the brand and good reviews. Would no recommend, but I did get their USB-C to DP cable which works perfectly.
