Excellent to teach counting, addition, and substraction

These are exactly as they should be. Pretty much all Montessori material has a set size look etc. and these meet the standards. The only problem that I have with it is that when I go to store it when we’re not using it the boxes are set on an angle which makes it a little bit tricky for stacking them. Overall great product!

I hesitated buying Montesorri material from Amazon but these are great quality. The spindles are thick and have good weight for small hands.

I love this version of the spindle box so much! Sometimes the box comes in one chunk. That's great if you have kiddos who can count that high, but for those of us who have younger children mixed into our crew, the job becomes overwhelming. Montessori works are built to be self correcting to some degree, but if the child can not even count to four, they can't self correct to nine. I run a home daycare at heartsandhandshomeschool.com that accepts all ages, and having the ability to break the work apart when the children can not handle the full set is just what I needed.

I ordered this for my Montessori classroom and far exceeded my expectations! So well, made highly recommend them for classroom or home space

I purchase this for my class, the material is good, good size. however, the spindle is not completely cylinder. in the middle of it is rectangular prism. so if the child's hands are small they will find it hard to hold nine spindle. if they were completely thin tall cylinder, it would be easy to hold them
