I’m glad I read all of the reviews because this is exactly what I was looking for, for my son! I also brought some pretend wooden food from Amazon also and this basket is a perfect size, it’s definitely small but I think it’s perfect small for children’s pretend play! This should definitely be sold as a basket for pretend play because the size is spot on lol! I’m definitely pleased with my purchase and the price too!

I purchased this shopping basket for my role-play-obsessed 2 year old. I wasn’t perturbed by other reviewers, as space is becoming a bit hard to come by in our house and I thought this size would actually fit nicely inside her play kitchen, which it does. As another reviewer pointed out, it is smaller than advertised (18cm height x 13cm width x 7.5cm depth). It really does feel small, and unnecessarily small for a toddler. My daughter has used bigger baskets at toddler play centres with ease.On the other hand, it would probably be great for approx one year olds, it does take up less space and I think it will still fit a reasonable amount of toy groceries (she overfilled the one at the toddler play centre anyway and couldn’t lift it).I like that it’s an authentic metal grocery basket, which I know my daughter will like too. It feels sturdy and is a decent price. Bigger baskets in metal are harder to come by and inevitably pricier.I ummed and ahhed about returning it, but actually I think it fits the bill for what we need.

The media could not be loaded. Very cute mini shopping basket. Bought it to use for product pictures and it's big enough to fit a lot of items in it !! One handle came hooked into the wrong area but it was an easy fix that you can see in the video.

Great item to add to the cash register, and play tins of food for the grandchildren to play shops, brings the reality of the supermarket to pretend play, and the price was great as well!

It is a great little basket for my granddaughter, however it is smaller than advertised. It is advertised as- 12x18x25It is actually L-18 W-13.5 H-14.5 with handles up.Although a bit disappointed with the size, I am keeping it.
