Update
After getting these and then read the reviews I do take back what I said. They’re very good. No issues besides some came without the seal but hasn’t effected them working at all. Not recommended for people who are heavy handed as the paint spreads quicker on paper. Great for canvas outlines and touch ups as well as many other surfaces. Difficult to get out of clothes

Missing pen
Bought this as a gift and am truly disappointed that 1 pen is missing. At this price I expect to receive all items.Something made me count them before I wrapped up the gift (probably the clumsy packing in plastic box) and so discovered the missing pen. Why are some pens wrapped and some open?
