Dress has a solid turquoise top, cotton lined and stretchy, able to fit a range of sizes and body types. My shop makes 3 different tutu dress sizes: Small (18mo - 3T), Medium (3T - 5Y), and Large (5Y - 7/8). Tulle skirt is a solid fuchsia/hot pink, cut 12" long for small and 14" long for medium and large. Image on chest is made with a printable fabric, very detailed with vibrant colors. Hot pink satin ribbon is attached to top of dress to tie around the back of the neck.
