Superol - Mold Killer extreme

I had such big expectations for this product and was really looking forward to use it as it didn't smell like bleach and was non toxic. First, there were no instructions in English so I literally had to translate every single word from German to understand how to use it, where NOT to use it, etc. If you're selling it to other countries, you should include a translation. I don't necessarily need it to be in 10 european languages but English is pretty basic.Unfortunately the performance of the product was also not great. I left it overnight, tried it again the next day and still grey mouldy traces in the window. These came out with a regular bleach based mould remover that I bought in the supermarket after this one. Disappointed :(

This product comes with a warning triangle in the instructions, but all the information is only in German? There is nothing in English and looking at other mold removal products, they can be very different in how you use them - especially as I want to use it on a painted wall and I don't want to ruin it, so I would like to know how to use it for best and safe results. Being a German product, I'm sure it is great when you know how to use it and does the job, but I can't comment on that as I don't know how to best use it.
