My doctor adviced me to use for my office purpose one good chair with lumbar support as I am having spine related issues as I sit for a long time in chair to attend work.Having verified in Amazon I opted to go for this product. My selection is good as it is executive class chair with stupendous quality of appearance, sturdy builtwise and comfort while using it and further very useful for lifting the feet by using the pad provided beneath the chair which makes me completely relaxed while in it's usage. The quality of the material is very good and easy to adjust the level set with ease at our convenience. In all respects the product quality and it's performance is excellent and amazing,so I am very much impressed and satisfied with the product.I Sincerely thank Amazon for providing this kind of quality products from them and I am very much impressed with the staff for following up by attending my phone calls and complete my wish on that day to get it delivered as I felt sentimental and auspicious day for me to get it. I never forget that day how you people acted upon, and also the staff at retailer source for their support and also sent boy to fix up the chair at my place and to get my wish fulfilled on the day of Ganesh chaturthi. I bought the chair , material was not good and it doesn't had a hydrolic cover. Part was missing.

Dont purchase. Even return option not shown and customer representatives are also rude and not supported even after waitining almost 2hours on call. Third Class Quality!!!! Pls return it i ll support in return accordingly!!!
