Period Pain Relief - MN8 - Discreet Medical Device

After reading everyone else's reviews and seeing how amazing the magnet was being portrayed I just had to try it myself. I can honestly say it is brilliant and amazingly good! and by far certinaley worth £25.00! A week or even two weeks before my period was due my moods would hit an all time low I would be depressed and down all the time. I was ridiculously hormonal and stressy and severely emotional. I felt angry and fed up I felt snappy and defensive and moody to be honest i felt awful. My moods were becoming harder and harder to manage and deal with and just got worse. I couldn't seem to control them at all. I got to the point of dreading having a period and dreading the one-two week before period due date. I was finding it impossible to cope with my moods and depressive emotions and feelings. I put the magnet on a day before due date and noticed a difference within a few hours. After 24 hours I felt like a new person I felt normal and content as I had an even tempered attitude and my mood was even levelled! :) The only downside which isn't a big deal at all was that the magnet made me feel very sick for a good few days which is a,side effect of the magnet. It did put me off slightly as I felt pretty damn sick. However I continued to persevere and see it through (which I am so glad I did). This magnet is marvellous! I couldn't recommend it any more highly than I already am doing so. It also helped slightly with menstrual cramps which I do suffer with those quite bad and also helped with feeling bloated (water retention). I also found it helped with back ache as I always suffer bad back ache with my periods. I unfortunately have dropped the device down the toilet twice already so you do have to be careful with it. It doesn't break however but it isn't prefereble to drop it down the toilet! :) It was easy to attach, the device has,fallen off once or twice other than that that it has stayed put for the duration of time of needing to wear it. I wish I had known about this amazing,clever little device years ago!!! :) Hugely and highly recommend to any ladies. :)

It didn't work for me. In fact I had really bad pains while wearing, I'm not saying the two are related (as that can happen to me occasionally) but certainly didn't notice any benefit, after several months of wearing.

I could not use this item and fix it under my underwear. I think it's expensive and useless. It's just waste of money.

I've suffered from severe period pains for my whole adult life (currently undergoing tests for endo) and nothing has ever really been able to help the cramps when they start. Painkillers, exercise, natural remedies, all had failed miserably and I continued to lose a weekend every month to the pain.Someone recommended this to me after my last miserable day of cramps, which were the worst I'd ever had, and feeling utterly desperate, I ordered it on the offchance it could actually work (since I didn't see how on Earth it possibly could work).As the product said you could use it from 2 days before your period if you suffer with cramps only, or 24/7 if you suffer with more pain, I decided to try the 24/7 option, and used it for a full two weeks before my period came. The day before, I genuinely expected it to fail, as I felt nothing abnormal - I still had a terrible migraine, felt sick, etc. But to my complete surprise and delight, I suffered virtually no period pains this month at all. In fact, it was the first time in quite literally years that I was able to go out and do things on the first day of my period. The relief of that alone was enough to make it worth the purchase!I want to see whether it works next month as well before I can be 100% sure it is truly the reason I had no cramps, but in 13 years, I can honestly say it's the least I've ever suffered in terms of the cramps. If you're reading this and thinking (as I did) 'yeah, okay, but it's just a MAGNET! How can it possibly work??' I'll say this: given how well it's worked for me, you have very little to lose by giving it a try. And if you do, I hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

This is the only thing that has ever helped with my period pains. When I was younger, I tried many different pain killers, but they were no help at all. As soon as I tried this, it helped instantly. Whilst it doesn't get rid of the pain completely, it makes it much, much more comfortable. I wouldn't manage without it and would recommend it to anyone. I have used it over 10 years now and it is fantastic. Although quite pricey, well worth the money. I am now able to get on without much discomfort at all.

I wanted to try for at least 3 months before doing the review. For years I was used to the first 3 days always being in agony and popping ibuprofens like sweets every 4 hours. I was sceptical and thought I had nothing to lose in trying this. I was disappointed at the negative reviews and didn't think it would work for me. But when you're in consistent pain trust me you'll give anything a try! I'm so pleased to report it's made my womanly week much more bearable. I wear it 1 week ahead of time. And throughout my 'red' days. I have minimal pain now and only take a few tablets on day one. So comparatively there's been a positive and noticeable difference. I hope it works for you too.Update: Jan 2018So I've been using this for 6 months consistently since I purchased it. My womanly week is still a lot less painful. I'm very pleased about that. Something has changed drastically while on this - 1st few days are incredibly heavy so my womanly week has become a lot shorter now!

Bought this for my daughter. It does say it takes some time to work. Will upgrade if she finds it works.

Myself and my daughter were pretty sceptical about this BUT I got one for her as she suffered terribly with premenstual issues 😢She put it on just to please me lol and was gob smacked that she wasn’t even aware of that months cycle arriving 😳😳😳 and has been like this ever since using it, so she now has an uneventful lead up to what used to be a horrendous time for her each month!I still can’t work out how a magnet can have this amazing effect, but it really does 😀👍🏻😀

Buying this product I was a little apprehensive if it actually was going to work or not. When I got the package I immediately put it on. (the description says that there are instructions for putting the magnet in your bra - but there is not - so I went ahead and put it 4 inches under my bellybutton). I was wearing it basically 24 hours a day and the symptoms that I had were severely subdued after a week and I felt so much relief wearing the Ladycare.The last couple of days I took it off (my period was over) but this morning I put it back on because I was starting to get symptoms again.So does it work? For me it does! I don't know if the magnet actually changes something or my mind is doing it. I don't really care - the magnet is not bothering me and I don't mind wearing it, so if it helps, who cares?I will update this review after a couple of months...Dec 2012:So I have been using LadyCare 24hours a day since the last months and I am noticing a decrease in symptoms. I notice that if I am not wearing it my body starts to react and my symptoms come back. I am very happy with the product and as long as it is working for me I will keep wearing it.There is no issue flying with it (TSA security) so that is nice too.I am only not wearing it when I wear a very tight dress, with all my other clothes it is not even visible.If you experiencing severe menstruation symptoms - I would give this a try!

Well I've been wearing this for a little over a month. Didn't seem to help with the cramps month one, but definitely helped with the "output". Crossing my fingers as the next "round" approaches.

Unfortunately this product does not work. I was so hopeful, but no.

Not quite sure how this even works but first day made me nauseous and gave me a migraine for hours.

I started using it immediately. I noticed a big difference during my first period, after starting to wear it. My period caught me off guard because I didn't get the leg cramps and back pain before hand like normal.I experienced a decrease in cramps, blood flots, and duration. I wear almost 24/7, and have recommended it to everyone.
