Wanted this for an S8+ to use with sky sports app. Does not work as sky sports app will not let you stream to a external output from phone. :-(

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to connect my HP Chromebook 14 to my TV. connected it, then...Flashing back and forth. Picture looks odd too. Maybe incompatibility? Either way, a waste of £10 for me.

Used from Samsung S8 to TV hdmi slot. Gives excellent quality picture and sound. Well pleased.

This arrived very quickly and appeared to be of high quality and nicely packaged. However it did not fit my Samsung S8+, although the connector looked like it should, it wouldn't go in, and wasn't prepared to force it. This was a shame as I wanted it to go on holiday with the following day, which of course meant I couldn't order an alternative. I can only assume the connector had a manufacturing fault as I believe it is supposed to fit the S8, and if I order again I will go with the Samsung official connector.

As advertised, met expectations

When I first bought this I thought it was fine, it appeared to work well. However, after the second or third use the picture kept dropping out and the projector screen went black for a few seconds until it picked back up again. We tried swapping HDMI cables and eventually tried a different laptop so we didn't need this adaptor and everything worked fine with this other laptop. So we came to the conclusion that the adaptor was clearly the problem. I wouldn't recommend buying one of these.

It works but makes the doesn't fill the screen so was pointless as the screen on the tv was the same size as my laptop screen, told the seller and he blamed my computer. Don't bother.
