Yes Germany, and they are made of bendable plastic, or more precise; Schleich toys are made of polyvinyl chloride, PVC. PVC is commonly used in the construction industry for plumbing water lines in homes and businesses. Schleich also adds a softener developed by BASF called Hexamoll

Q: I ordered a new toy but got used. Toy shipped in plastic bag not box. Mine xame lose.Why?

i don't know why your's came that way - but, i bought mine brand new at Tractor Supply and that is how they were sold - that is all i can tell you. also at Michael's they are out on the shelf - unless they are in tubes for smaller toys or in big playsets - like Ritterburg Castle - or the fairy playset. She and the seahorse are really is such a lovely Eyela toy/thing - i am sorry you are disappointed. i have been buying Schleich and Papo figures for a long time and am accustomed to not getting a box for individual items whether they are dragons, Bayala, or knights and warriors, or kings and queens. hope this helps a little.

Q: You display the item an aqua blue but the seller I indicates it comes in pink, what color does it actually come in

the Mermaid Eyela Riding an Underwater Seahorse i have is exactly as pictured in the accompanying attachment - her skin is pink and her hair brown everything else in varying shades of blue from dark to lightest with silver and gold accents including her trident which is gold. i see the language in the offering that says pink - but it must be an error for the Underwater Seahorse and Eyela figure are predominantly blue; there ARE several pink items offered in the Mermaid Toys for Girls and Boys collection that you might prefer especially Mermaid Feya riding an underwater sea horse she is very pink indeed. hope this helps a little.

Q: Does the rider detached?

My granddaughter has a few of these sets and the rider detaches on all of them. She has a set that is a little bit different than this one but the rider does come off. Hope this helps.
