Taylor of Old Bond Street Organic Shaving Cream Bowl 150 g

Finally finished off my other shaving gel and got round to using this. Wish I'd done it sooner. For various reasons I've had to source limonene-free products (not an easy task) and was pleased to come across this shaving cream. It's absolutely first class. I live in an area with very soft water, so the slightest amount of this cream whips up into a rich, creamy lather that goes on well and doesn't evaporate quickly. It promotes a lovely, smooth shave and doesn't leave any soapy residue. Even the brush rinses nicely. It has no added fragrances but there is a subtle and very pleasant scent from the ingredients. Highly recommended.

Awesome shaving cream! I'd had allergic reactions to all other creams, but absolutely no reaction to this one. Very soft, delicate and smooth shaving without any stinky or chemical smells. Strongly recommended!

I've been using this product for years and it is great for my sensitive skin. I'll continue to buy it but no longer from Amazon. I went to reorder today and the price has jumped 50% for this fragrance free version. Available cheaper elsewhere.

I have used Taylors non organic shaving cream for many years and tried the Organic variety last time I ordered. This cream is stiffer and lasts longer by some 30% ie 4 months instead of three for the same daily use. The depth of foam takes a little more effort, but spread is excellent and scent is simply neutral. I will now be repeating as my regular order. Just need all the perfumes to be available!

Item is advertised as "Preservative and fragrance free"... which is what it was in the past. I just noticed my recent order contains Phenoxyethanol, which is a nasty preservative that causes reproductive damage.I'm not sure what drove the creators to destroy their perfectly good product, I used my previous jar for years without any sign of spoilage.

I was prepared to accept that an "organic" shaving cream may not be as good to use as the non organic products but wanted to use a cream that did not contain any of the dubious additives of some brands. However, I am really pleased with this item - it provides a truly excellent lather and I will be purchasing again. Finding that it is very economical to use- only a small amount is necessary when shaving. Really pleased with this product.

My skin likes it. No nasty stuff just natural ingredients

Bought this as a woman who is making the switch to using a safety razor. The shaving cream is brilliant! I use a brush & bowl to lather into a foam & it forms a lovely rich lather with only the smallest amount of product. It’s lovely on my skin & a little really does go a long way. Very happy! Deducted one star only because the packaging is plastic.
