Shoe Storage - Well worth the wait and I have included instructions and steps for ease of reference
Thought it might be worth leaving a more helpful review as there are lots of similar looking products on the market and it can be difficult to know which brand to choose. The nitty gritty:- First off, you don't get the most helpful instructions - a faded print on white A4 paper. So I'm going to write down the step-by-steps below.- Is it a pain to put up? You do need some time and patience to install it and it is satisfying when you do.If you have a couple of hours to spare one evening, you can get it sorted. (Even faster if you have a friend with you).- I have size 2.5/3 UK-sized feet (5.5/6 US-sized feet) which means the shelf space is big enough for my shoes. If you have bigger feet than this, then this may not be the best shelving unit for you. (Other versions vary and may be a better fit).- My rotating rack arrived within the dispatch time in a well packaged box - about the size of a small checked luggage but it's heavy. So if you're expecting it to arrive away from your home, be prepared to get an Uber instead of lugging it back with you.1. Find the space you want the shelf to stand and ideally on a flat surface. I have a carpeted floor and my shelf stands securely on it. Place the rotating base where you want the shelf to stand and start adding the standing sections bottom first and work your way up.Give yourself ample room for it to turn around as you don't want your shoes to stick out and/or hit anything in its way while it spins around.2. Rest assured, each standing segment does fit into each slot. I was skeptical at first and I was worried they wouldn't. I realised, by swapping out a couple of standing sections (though they are mostly the same size and width), I found some sections easier than others to slot in - don't bang these sections in with a hammer - just line up the holes accordingly - there is only one placement you can fit the sections in without them sitting over each round shelf "plate". Then firmly press them into the "plate". Use your body weight when you press down until you hear a "crack" sound but I can assure you that it isn't broken. It'll take some getting used to - I was too gentle at first and once more confident with the placement, I was able to position them firmly and securely.I recommend Dragun's review (found on the Amazon global page of this item), which also has a picture of the placement for ease of reference.3. Work your way up. When you put the round shelf sections, it'll take a fair bit of patience for it to align with the standing sections of the level below it but it will work and once aligned, tap with your hand and then with a hammer - tap firmly and gently until the round shelf "plate" you're positioning sits comfortably on the standing sections. I was a bit too gentle when I started but by the end of each section, I was more confident hammering the round sections in. You will eventually need a chair to stand on to add the top parts.4. You should be done and have a beautiful rotating shelf to boot! You'll notice why there aren't more than 7 sections upwards as it would cause the shelving unit to lean over.Enjoy your beautiful new shelf and handle with care - it is not to be toyed with and rotated at a fast speed, otherwise anything you balance on top of it will fall off! (I would know... My bags went flying! Never doing that again!)I hope this was helpful and I hope you enjoy your rotating shoe storage! I definitely love mine and while the price seems steeper than other brands (including delivery), it was definitely an investment and well worth it for the storage!

The best thing since sliced bread 👍
I had so many shoes in boxes everywhere and now I have easy access to all of them. I see each pair and don’t have to open a box to see what shoes are inside.

Do not buy
For how much I paid for it. Its not worth it. Flimsy and compartments too small. Can't fit shoes on it. Terrible.
