Helena Rubinstein is a classic cosmetic house and they sell well on mainland Europe - but not in the UK. They are distinctive, well made and do the job.

this is my favorite mascara been using it for the last three years but my first time buying it through amazonit arrived dry, once opened, it didn’t feel like the ones I purchased previously it was dry or old :(
