Q: Is there a trick to getting the suction cup to stay stuck?

The suction cups never worked for me. Friend of mine said to slightly heat up the suction cup, but I threw those suction cups away.

Q: The caps on the ends of the wands that are supposed to come off to be able to insert them into the suction cups are glued on! How to get them off?

I don't know the answer only because I did not have an issue removing the ends. Perhaps it is just really stuck on. I would try either putting it in the freezer for a bit then try after it has a minute or two to warm up. The cap should warm up before the wand.

Q: How do you stick the pole in the suction cup? Need better directions

The suction cup part has a small hole where the pole is inserted. To insert the pole, you will have to push down on the white inner plastic part that is inside the hole, and once the pole is inserted you'll need to release the pressure by letting go of the white plastic insert.
