I have had five other gps units. This one for ease of use and the information it provides is the one I have settled on. The fact you have it on your person at all times helps speed up the round especially if you walk away from the cart any distance. Graphics, scoring and accuracy are top notch. Also while comparing to other gps units I found this unit to be the most accurate ( probably because the courses are manually mapped according to the manufacturer). Green views are with features, a great help. Since the review have had a pin on charger cord go bad. 20 bucks to replace. Also, the watch will sometimes not charge because of a dirty connection ( sweat on wrist) so I clean it with eye glasses cleaner that comes in little square packets ( something soft and non abrasive with a touch of alcohol).

I love the features offered by the product. Beat I could get was a little over 1 round on a charge. After 18 months I was down to 17 holes. After 20 months about -4 holes. Support has asked me to reset and other useless things but since warranty is only 1 year I seem to be out of luck. Stick with Garmin for battery life!

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase this watch. My previous SkyCaddie watch just stopped working after over 10 years of use. Can’t sync it without WiFi now. I prefer the fact that SkyCaddie walks the course to get the measurements. Very comfortable on my wrist or in my pocket, so far I haven’t been disappointed with the LX2 I use the front, back and middle numbers but the watch has so much more. I am using more of the features as I find them. Quick shipping was nice. I keep it charged and ready to go. Hopefully with proper care it will last a few years.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I ordered this watch and it didn't work and i want to return it. Amazon sent me a return label where I have to pay shipping. I called Customer service at SkyCaddy and they were not helpful at all. Took it out golfing and it is not consistent at all. If you want a good golf watch don't buy this one. You will be worried about resetting holes rather than concentrating on your golf game.

Love the watch but it seems to tale a while to find the courses I’ve been playing

My SkyCaddie LX5 works fine when it works. Once or twice during each round of golf, my SkyCaddie LX5 will simply turn off. That requires me to turn it back on, wait for it to acquire satellites, load the course information and then I must scroll forward to find the hole I happen to be on. I spend my time fooling around with the watch rather than concentrating on my game. It is frustrating and disappointing. Prospective buyers should be aware.

Just about have to clean the contacts every time before charge it. Nice large face, easy to read, but you have to pay for the courses, other watches you do not have to pay to play. Then it doesn't give you much more than than the other brands that are free to play.

This is an absolutely amazing device and provides critical information on the course I could not get with my previous Garmins. It is especially useful if you are out of position on the course where a laser will do you no good. I played it yesterday for the first time and pulled out my Bushnell laser 7 times to compare accuracy. All 7 times this device was exactly on the number as they laser! So happy I went ahead and bought it, even though this is a brand new design.
