Raw Crazy Energy ~ Unique and Brilliant
I’d had a copy of this album before which I’d lost, and it was excellent to hear it again after several years.This is Polly Jean at her rawest and grungiest, and I’ve never heard anything else like it. The pure range of emotion, from defiant aggression, to vulnerable, broken sadness, in Polly’s incredibly versatile vocals, accompanied by her dynamic chugging guitar riffs, make this album an unforgettably powerful experience. In a world where female musicians are so pressured to make “pretty” and unchallenging music, this album is a rare and authentic expression of raw female anger.

PJ is soooo awesome i cannot wait for her 2011 solo comeback, so hope she returns to the genre of her earlier albums with lines such as "I'll make you lick my injuries", she is just an inexpressibly good artist!Please buy this album and listen to some good music for once!
