Useful replacement
Very pleased that a replacement is still available (my second, the last of which was bought in 2019) because the plastic does eventually crack because of our extremes of weather.

Beware if you have an older Gardman Feeder....these new trays (with lugs!) may not fit!
Please note..this is an updated review:I think this is probably the third one of these that I have bought in about 6-7 years. It is a difficult one to review really, as it is subject to weather conditions. It's a plastic bowl and cracks very easily in frosty, icy weather. The trouble is, the priority of supplying the birds with fresh water goes up in the hot, dry days of Summer, but equally during freezing weather, when all the other water sources are frozen solid! This is when the other two bowls have cracked....one from the umteempth time of trying to prize it out of the metal ring on the Gardman feeder (when it was frozen on), and the other one when I had eventually got it off, and had tapped it gently on the side of the metal feeder hoping for the frozen water to fall out in one big lump, so I could refill it! The ice didn't crack....the edges of the water tray did! Oh well, you live and learn!!!Tip:So as to not damage in freezing weather, take the bowl indoors at night, and put out the next morning! Bit of a nuisance, but at least the birdies have fresh, unfrozen water, and you don't end up with a cracked water bowl! You could even use warm water..... Birdie Jacuzzi!!UPDATE:Houston we have a problem!Only a few days after putting this water tray out, the freezing weather finally descended, so I ventured out to change the various water trays in the garden so my feathered friends could still get a bath...or a drink...or both! Long story short...I am completely unable to budge this water tray! Due to the new plastic lugs on it, it just won't come out!! I almost got myself some rather impressive looking blood blisters trying to prize it out of metal holder! My conclusion is, although the packaging looks the same, the plastic lugs are obviously made for a newer version of the Gardman feeding station. Mine is probably 7 years old, and came in bits. You had to buy the Gardman Shepherd's Crook separately from whatever bits and pieces you wanted to add (in my case, the mesh seed tray and the water tray). The company have been very good about it, and have refunded me, but I am now stuck with a water tray that is only going to come out with the use of a hammer, and then...no water tray at all! It will have to be a DIY ugly microwave meal plastic tray I guess.PS:Another good water tray, plus tips on dealing with iced up bird's water!Another tray that I use for water for the birds is usually a bit easier to deal with when it comes to ice, just because it's much bigger (although the first one I had did come a cropper when I banged it too hard on a flower pot, once again hoping for the ice to drop out...it didn't!). Often, you can lift a layer of ice off of the top of it, or pour very hot water from the kettle on top of the ice until it melts, and make sure you mix it in well so the birdies don't get burnt feet! Tapping it gently on something also usually releases the ice, ready to be refilled. In my experience, floating a ping pong ball in the water doesn't help, neither does putting a stone in the water, and even a special bottle of bird bath antifreeze doesn't help! In the winter, I buy a 5l cheapie bottle of mineral water from Tesco, drink the water, then when I am changing the frozen bird water, I fill the bottle with warm water and use that to refill the dishes. The birds love it! I also make sure there is a dish down the bottom of the garden for the shyer birds, such as the jays, crows and jackdaws. Anyway, here is the tray that I have: Planter Saucer Black 50cm by Stewart Garden Products I would also highly recommend this plastic saucer. The birds absolutely love it, for drinking, but particularly for bathing. I have been so impressed by it, that I now have two! Often there are up to 10 birds trying to get a bath or a drink in it, all at once!! Haha It's fascinating to watch! If this was stated in the advert, it would save everyone a lot of hassle.

Replacement
This was a replacement for the one that had been used and cracked in the sunshine over three years. I hope this lasts as long.

Replacement
Have Guardman Bird feeder station, so was happy to be able to replace water pot. Was told at local garden centre that manufacture had been discontinued, so was very pleased to find on Amazon.

Brilliant dish but check size
Silly me didn't measure what size I needed so its a little 2 small for my feeder but I overcame it by sitting it in an old knackered food dish that fits the feeder.

Bird bath
It's absolutely perfect in every way.

good service
my only gripe with this item is that it is not UV stable ... so after a year or so the lip becomes brittle and thus you need to buy a replacement or prolong its life by constructing support wires underneath. There is no excuse for not making it UV stable, except profit from replacements.
