I love these shakes! High-quality protein with 35g per serving! Not packed with fillers or artificial sweeteners. Its a great supplement for post workouts or for breakfast on the go. The flavor is mild and melds well to anything you want to add to it (berries, nut butter, bananas, greens, etc.) Does not upset my stomach either as many protein supplements can. I have tried many protein shakes and this one wins on ingredients, quality, and flavor.

This was a great item, I did use it, however didnt purchase again. I liked it, but it was also a bit gritty, which didnt sit well with me. I would recommend this product, if you dont have issues with the grit.
