This is a very functional, little water fountain. The capacity is great so that you're not filling it every day. It lasts about a week. We needed a replacement part (our own fault - I misplaced the bobber that shows the water level after a cleaning), and customer service was very responsive and helpful! They provided a replacement at no cost!!! I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

I got this from my dog, he recently went blind, and he kept stepping in and dumping over his water dish. The fountain has helped him a lot because he can hear where it is and doesn’t trip over it anymore. It isn’t loud, and honestly, it isn’t very noticeable, but it does create a trickle noise that’s just enough for him. I also really like that. It holds a decent amount of water and shows you how full it is from the front with the float measurement tool.

I've had 2 of these, and the 4 stars is because the first one started leaking about a month after the warranty ran out. That may have been from me accidentally over filling it, but I couldn't find a way to contact the company with questions. Up until then it worked great, and I had it on a waterproof pad so my floors were fine.My cats love it, when given the option, they always pick the fountain over a bowl. It's way easier to clean than the two different plastic ones I tried before and hardly gets scummy even when I'm behind on cleaning it and changing the filters. It's very quiet and the price is great. The filters are also affordable.

love it. My cat did not drink water and kit showed in her bowel movements. She is now drinking several times a day and she loves it. It is quiet and easy to set up.

I bought this fountain in June 2023. It's always worked great. Simply clean the filter 6 weeks. It's very easy to clean even if you are not mechanically inclined.My 10-lb cat and 75-lb dog drink from this fountain every day. It's really great!

Liked it well enough to buy another for our second kitty

I loved this fountain for about six months, but now I'm having to replace it.Pros:- Easy to clean - stainless steel!- Cats love it!- Quiet with no annoying light display- Contains enough water for roughly 2 weeks with 3 cats.Cons:- The main con for this might be more of a "Me" problem, but my youngest cat is able to remove the lid on this... He pops the lid off and can dump the entire fountain in minutes. He's super small, so I feel like the fountain should be a little sturdier. I wish this fountain came with a clamp of some kind to keep the lid in place!- Perhaps as a result of my troublesome cat, the motor died! I had two of these, both purchased at the same time, and the motors died within weeks of each other. We purchased replacement motors from this brand, but they didn't fit! So I'll be picking out a new fountain.

Overall we have been satisfied with this fountain. We wanted something stainless steel for our multiple cats. Seems to keep water cooler. The water level is easy to see. Rather quiet when running. Cleaning isn’t too difficult. I’d say the only downfall is that part of the spout can be difficult to clean.
