Not to sure if any good , u have to but down on mouth piece for 20 mins but get jaw ache after a couple of minutes so hard to see if any good

For the very modest price point (£5 at time of purchase) you really can not go wrong.Firstly, please don't expect a hollywhite bright smile, you cannot achieve this with any off the shelf products due to the lack of peroxide required in dentist grade products which will cost several hundred pounds.You get a lot in the pack for the price point including:* UV blue light to accelerate the product. This automatically times out and beeps after the required time period. (Batteries included)* A handy colour chart so you can compare before and after colours.* A mouth piece for applying the product* 4 syringes of product. The product it's self is good, thick enough to style in place on the teeth with a nice subtle mint taste to it.I have scored 4 instead of 5 because of the box design only. Although the box it's self is incredibly high quality, the top lid slides over the base and sits at the same height making it quite difficult to remove the lid. A simple fix would be to make the lid an inch shorter or even a pull tab.Apart from the lid design, the product it's self is superb for a very small price point. You will notice a shade difference but will not achieve a bright white hollywood smile.If you are realistic with your expectations and remember the price point you will not be disappointed.
