It's a cute machine and works great. Get your own D batteries (3) and know that it's smaller than the picture shows. The dimensions given are accurate though. It comes with really cute stuffed toys and I added some candy to mine. It's great fun for everyone.

We’ve ordered several of these for gifts and grandkids. Even the adult kids love playing it. It’s a great value for the money. Size is perfect. We use it for ages 2 to 84. Everyone loves it.

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic. The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off. The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem. Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better

My grandson really loved it. It works properly for a 5 year old but even my daughter (his mother) had add it to her teacher’s wishlist. It is a great instrument to keep students engaged and motivated.

This is now the second machine that came to me. It was my son’s bday gift. The second one came just in time for my son’s party last night., I was so excited!!! I had the exact same issues- if you put the coin in and do not move the claw the music will play. If you put the coin in and move the claw the machine shuts off. Not only am I so disappointed with this item, my 5 year old, who only wanted a claw machine for his bday, has been in tears- 2 Times!!! Strongly suggest not to buy.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. Based on the reviews, I knew it was a gamble. The first one arrived and once we opened it and he tried to play it, we realized one of the controls to move the claw wasn’t working. We boxed it back up and sent it back. Amazon sent a replacement that has worked well so far. I like that the sound can be controlled on this one (honestly, this is the reason we purchased this one over others). It’s a nice toy and he plays with it a lot. Hopefully it lasts. I’m just not so sure the quality of the product is great, so value for money is questionable to me.

My 4 and 2 year old grandsons absolutely love this toy. I watch them 3 days a week and this is the first thing that comes out. It’s building hand to eye coordination and patience. I did buy extra « prizes » to put in it but honestly they don’t mind putting them back in the catch again.

My 8 year old grandson loved it. So did his 32 year old aunt who tried to take it. Lol. Great fun. We just need to put better items in it. Good value for the price. Size was appropriate and it worked great. I wood say good quality for an 8 year old.
