Cycling to work in the wet would always result in a wet backside and a soaked rucksack. This one fits easily (I had to use the supplied shim for my seatpost), tightens up nicely and stays in place, even after riding along bumpy cobblestones. The first time I used it in the wet, not only did I have a dry rear, but amazingly my rucksack was dry too.
