Ordered the black unit and delivered very quickly and very well packed so no issues with dents or scratches.Came all ready assembled and such a simple thing, but the trays inside the unit were all secured using masking tape and NOT that horrible tape that leaves marks and takes hours to remove.Thank you Office Supermarket

The cabinet came assembled and all I had to do was add the handles, foot and castors. Just a nice size for general household filing. The drawer is an acceptable size for scissors, staples, envelopes etc. We have a large HP copier/scanner/printer standing on topIt shudders a bit when printing and so does the cabinet. Having said that everything we stand it on shakes when its printing. The little foot is a nice touch to stop it falling forward when a fully loaded drawer is pulled open.

Only self assembly required is fitting drawer handles and caster wheels, which is a big plus. Arrived intact with no damage apart from superficial scratch inside one of the drawers. Good sturdy cabinet, solid and heavy. Only problem was I struggled for over half an hour to get the top drawer to open. I was about to contact the supplier but my wife had a try, fiddled around for a few minutes, then it miraculously opened and has been fine since - obviously needed a woman's touch!!

Excellent if you want a small 3 draw cabinet, which I did. Well made, super simple to put wheels and handles on.

A good quality heavy set of drawers.

This item arrived in an appalling state and the delivery people can't be blamed for it. It is fairly obvious what caused the base to be shattered: it has been screwed by force while the back panel was not aligned with it. This level of damage clearly happened at assembly time and yet the broken item was packaged and sent in this state. Fairly shocking considering the price tag of an item advertised as being heavy duty. But more importantly it is a real pain to get it sent back because of the weight, the size and the packaging format.Concerning the product itself, the seller need to adjust the description of the product because the color is way too light to classify as oak wood.Anyway, I am going through the process of getting a replacement, hopping that round two is handle with better consideration for the buyer.Update:I received the replacement for the broken device and this one is in an acceptable state. I say acceptable since there are a few small scratches on the front veneers. That said, this is nothing like heavy duty, the drawers sliders are clearly weak and not precisely adjusted.That said, anyone can see on the last picture I joined that this item is subject to false advertising as there are no ANTI TILT pedal on the bottom drawer at all. I will contact the seller about this and report them to Amazon as the product do not come with the features advertised and do not match the pictures on the product description page.
